eLearning Test Engine This custom software project was designed and developed for the company that is the leading training company for the energy industry. The product is a more powerful and flexible than similar off the shelf Test Management software like Articulate. The software manages students records, allows trainers to: write questions and categorizes them by subject matter and skill level, create exams that include questions covering targeted subject matter and skill level, student records can be analyzed to find learning gaps by subject for both individual learners and locations. For example, if one group or job site has performance issues the engine can help to identify training needs. This powerful software is the only test engine of its type that is not Flash based, therefore is runs on an Apple iPad.

April to present eLearning Project Management	Project Management and design of a eLearning Test Engine for an international Oil Field Services company. Project will include design of several tests targeted to learners with particular skill levels. Development of tests using Off the Shelf Rapid eLearning software as well as the design and supervision of a custom designed test engine that will allow tests to be taken on iPads and other devices that are not flash ready. This custom system will be HTML5 based and may be offered for sale. It will be the only test engine tool that does not require flash.

September 2010 Glacier National Park It was cloudy for most of the 9 day trip so the photos aren't quite as nice as I hoped. The video was less affected soon I'll have HD versions of many trail guides and of the Going to the Sun Road.
